My original pork dishes (自分のオリジナル豚肉料理)

Vocabulary:
豚肉    ぶたにく butaniku  pork

Being playful and adventurous in the kitchen sometime pay off.  I love pork meat better than others. Here, I've come up with good-tasting pork dishes using a combination of seasonings and sauces from the East and the West.

Pork boiled in red wine and orange juice added with my home-made orange marmalade, seasoned with soy  sauce and then added with garlic flakes and fried potatoes.

Fried rolled pork (preseasoned with salt ang black pepper) with pak choy (local name for this vegetable is "pechay").  The sauce is sesame sauce.

Pork roll stuffed with boiled egg and boiled in  Japanese sake, soy sauce, and home-made ginger-honey mixture.  Fried garlic andanother home-made basil sauce are placed on top for a savoury dish.  Then, I garnished the dish with thin slices of fried sweet potatoes (around the plate). -> Autumn is harvest season for sweet potatoes so they are abundant, cheap and sweet.
