He, she or they , whoever they are or even you yourself, would most likely enjoy these two meals presented here.
誰でも美味しく食べられるお食事だと思います。

Here is a simple but satisying meal that's easy to prepare. Chicken breasts are sprinkled with salt and pepper then coated with egg followed by a full coating of bread crumbs.  After this step, I warmed a frying pan and put about 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.  After the oil becomes hot (check by dropping a tiny amount of bread crumbs - If the bread crumbs swayed and bubbled inside the frying pan, then the oil must be hot already) I then put the chicken breasts into the frying pan, cooked the cutlets under moderate fire and later under low flame.  I don't deep-fry the cutlets so this is a way of making sure the meat inside is well-cooked. The color of the meat after frying may be like what the photograph shows.  If you cook the cutlets under low flame for ten minutes more on both sides (checking on both sides once in a while) after seeing that the crumbs have turned yellowish, you'll get juicy meat for sure.

For my sauce, I prepare it using the Japanese "aka miso" or fermented soybean paste with pre-soaked garlic (I don't add the garlic in the sauce) in it so it's a bit garlicky in taste then added with a teaspoon of brown sugar plus my secret ingredient to sweeten it a little bit more and add depth to my sauce.  Anyhow, brown sugar will make it more or less complete.  Many restaurants in Nagoya, Japan serve miso as the sauce in fried pork.  My meal is actually inspired by it. With the meal comes some slices of plump tomatoes and celery leaves, without any dressing since the miso sauce is so good even for fresh veggies.  The rice that I serve here is a combination of white Japanese rice and the Philippine organic black rice.   You'll be surprised at the superb texture of this type of rice mixture. Aside from that, you'll be getting a lot of antioxidants from the black rice.   For a thirst quencher, again, with full of antioxidants, I have here a cup of warm Japanese green tea.  
ソースは赤みそです。自家製のみそです。赤みそとにんにくと黒里をあらかじめに作っておきました。これは便利です。どんな時でも役に立つことです。このソースは自家製の赤みそを薄めてもし必要なら、さらにおさとうを加えます。 日本では名古屋は赤みその所です。いろいろなレストランで味噌カツが美味しく提供されています。 作ったおかずは似たようなものです。今回作ったご飯は日本の白米とフィリピンのオーガニク黒米です。この組み合わせはとても優れたことです。健康的なご飯となっていると思います。さらに温かい煎茶があれば。。。。ごちそさまでした。


Curry soup meal スープカレー


 This is a light meal of pork soup flavored with curry.  Newly harvested potatoes and carrots make this soup a special treat. With it is a salad dish - a combination of juicy tomatoes, slices of pre-blanched Chinese cabbage, basil and parsley powder sprinkled on top to make it a bit savory.  I add here some dried blueberries for additional nutrition and natural sweetness.  I choose ground sesame with mayonnaise and soy sauce as the dressing. With it goes an earl grey tea bread (purchased at the Phoenix SEAGAIA Sheraton Hotel bakery) that truly matches the viand and the salad. A warm cup of green tea completes this meal.

もう一つの料理は豚肉のスープカレーです。新ポテート(じゃがいも)とにんじんを加えるとより美味しい料理になります。一緒に楽しめるのが野菜サラダです。ゴマドレシングを使ってジューシなトマトと白菜と干しブルベリが美味しいです。さらに紅茶アールグレイのパンと温かい煎茶といただきます。
