Being playful and adventurous in the kitchen sometime pay off. I love pork meat better than others. Here, I've come up with good-tasting pork dishes using a combination of seasonings and sauces from the East and the West.

Pork boiled in red wine and orange juice added with my home-made orange marmalade, seasoned with soy sauce and then added with garlic flakes and fried potatoes. |

Fried rolled pork (preseasoned with salt ang black pepper) with pak choy (local name for this vegetable is "pechay"). The sauce is sesame sauce. |
Pork roll stuffed with boiled egg and boiled in Japanese sake, soy sauce, and home-made ginger-honey mixture. Fried garlic andanother home-made basil sauce are placed on top for a savoury dish. Then, I garnished the dish with thin slices of fried sweet potatoes (around the plate). -> Autumn is harvest season for sweet potatoes so they are abundant, cheap and sweet.
