A less fatty meal 油の少ない食事

油 (あぶら)- abura - oil
少ない (すくない) -sukunai - little amount, less
食事 (しょくじ) - shokuji - meal

Here is another meal I've prepared which has almost no processed food materials (except fish sauce) in them.  They are fresh salad (combination of fresh vegetables), sauteed bitter gourd, and boiled potatoes with crispy pork slices.  The salad is eaten as is or with some home-made sesame dressing (not shown here).  Sauteed bitter gourd has tomatoes, mushrooms and bonito flakes, then flavored with fish sauce.  The potato dish has a very small amount of mayonnaise on top.  Pork slices have been sprinkled with salt and pepper before frying until crispy; this is an alternative to fried bacon which is a processed meat product.

From left moving clockwise: White rice, salad (tofu, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers), sauteed bitter gourd and boiled potatoes with crispy pork slices and basil
